Organ donation is about LIFE. Those who have chosen organ donation are true heroes. They have selflessly passed along the gift of life to another individual awaiting an organ transplant. The Celebration of Life Monument is an enduring tribute and memorial to donors and their families for their heroic acts.
There are many different types of donors. If you have a loved one that was an organ, eye, tissue, or whole body donor upon death, his or her name is eligible for engraving on the monument’s Wall of Honor. If you are a living donor— kidney, liver, bone marrow or super blood donor (10 gallons or more), your name is also eligible for engraving on the Wall of Honor.
This is a state monument; every donor who has any connection to Utah may have his or her name engraved on the monument Wall of Honor free of charge.
