The Celebration Life Monument is a tribute and memorial to Utah individuals, both living and deceased, who have donated an organ. The monument is in the heart of Salt Lake City on the southeast corner of Library Square at 500 South and 300 East. This central location assures easy unlimited public access. The monument blends in beautifully with the nationally recognized architecture of the library with its majestic leaning wall and curved walkways.

This website allows you to find the location of a donor hero's name already engraved on the Walls of Honor or learn how you too can register to Donate Life. Here you may also confirm the listing and spelling of a newly submitted name, view our monument photo album, or learn how to make a financial contribution to the monument.
